This is not a good app to start with. Do lots of testing, know your subject. Remember, everyone you work with will be your customer and audience so when it goes wrong (and it will) it becomes very emotional in a conjested office. Double booking will cause mayhem! Dates and times in SharePoint and Powerapps are not great. Dataverse is a much better choice for this. To get people started with Powerapps build a simple acronym and thesaurus app. All your people can contribute and if you use SharePoint lists you can set up a daily alert for new ones added (you can recognise adopters and people being silly although that didn't happen to me).
