GTFS Validator problem, probably causeed by paths named with Chinese

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Name the data folder with Chinese charactors, like:"E:\tmp\GTFS\生产工具
\测试用数据\公版-GTFS\北京市"

2. Run validator

3. I runed in windows XP, Dell 630D, also runed with wine in Ubuntu, same
result.

When copy data files to an English named path, e:\a\, and run validator
again, the problem disappeared.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
