Home screen shortcuts lose their names every time you get an update to the app #269

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update OpenVPN via the Play Store when a new version comes out.
2. Go to your home screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect my shortcuts to be preserved. The shortcuts are all still there, but
are now named "Connect to VPN" instead of having the name of the connection on
them, so I can no longer tell them apart. Deleting and recreating all of them
puts the names back. Until the next time I get an update.

What mobile phone are you using?
Samsung Galaxy S4 SCH-I545

Which Android Version and stock ROM or aftermarket like cyanogenmod?
Android 4.4.2, Verizon kernel I545VRUFNC5

Please provide any additional information below.

If the shortcuts change their names that is a bug in your Home screen/Launcher.

If that's the case, why is this the only app whose shortcuts lose their names
when it updates? I have other shortcuts belonging to frequently updated apps
who maintain their shortcut names just fine.

In that case I have no idea what happens here. On my devices the shortcuts keep
their names on Update.
