VPN Stucks at STATE: ,AUTH #289

Dear Developer,

I have been facing following strange problem. VPN client stuck at 
"Authenticating..." After that VPN stops.
I have checked the VPN server log. Even AUTH script not getting fired.

Everything is working fine. But for few phones only ( mainly Samsung jelly bean 
) I am facing this problem.

But from same phone if I use "OPENVPN CONNECT" I see it is connecting 
successful.

It stuck at -STATE:1412192985,AUTH   - Then  -  MANAGEMENT: CMD 'signal SIGINT'

I have given detail log attached. Can you please focus some light on this issue.

Can you remove the auth-nocache from your config that might interfere with the 
app. And next time please use the export button of the window to produce a log 
that makes it easier for me to read.

Thank you. I have noted your point. But problem still present. It is looking 
strange to me. ( I attached SERVER.LOG here now)

As per my knowledge. Both are exchanging many packets and Client receiving 
Initial Packets... it seems , not a network issue...

In server LOG timeout happens because it is not receiving AUTH packets from 
client... I still do not know which is preventing client from sending AUTH 
related packet to server...

Can you please let me know your inputs..

Hi,
I further dig into the issue and found when I am on WIFI - It is connecting 
smoothly.

But when using 3G Data , It is receiving INITIAL PACKET from server but Stuck 
at AUTH WAIT.. It is not able to send AUTH related packet to server.

As it is receiving initial packet from server It can be assumed , It can talk 
to server. I found various link in internet mentioning VPN problem with 3G data.

Can you please give any clue.

That sounds like your mobile network is interfering with OpenVPN in some way.
