Added APQTHx for QTH.app #26

Added the TOCALL for QTH.app.

QTH.app does use the aprs-deviceid JSON data, but I will wait until it has a proper homepage URL to add it to "Libraries and applications using this database" in README.md

Like I replied on APRSSIG, Bob needs to assign a tocall to you first, before it can be added here. Also, you're stepping on an existing allocation:

He did already. Check http://www.aprs.org/aprs11/tocalls.txt. He's actually the one who suggested APQTHx. I originally proposed APMQxx. I will forward you the email exchange
