New TOCALL allocation for Lilygo T-Echo tracker firmware #94

Hello!

My APRS tracker firmware for the LilyGo T-Echo has become reasonably mature and it would be nice to have a non-experimental ID for it. Could you allocate the following entry, please?

   vendor: DL5TKL
   model: DL5TKL’s T-Echo tracker firmware
   class: tracker

Hi,

Thanks, I'm making this allocation now.

I edited the model a bit to say T-Echo only, as the vendor is already in the vendor field, tracker is in the class field, and the embedded part kind of indicates it is firmware. This way it's more in line with other allocations.
