feature: replace question ID with a link #5

Feature request for replacing the question ID below the question with a permalink to /question/view/<question-id>, so that users can more easily copy the link to the question.

I could get to work on this, if you aren't currently in the process of implementing it right now. In any case, expect something from me eventually.
