Support Rigaku slow mode with trigger #269

On 08/06, Suresh and the Rigaku team confirmed that the trigger is now working on Rigaku. As a result we would like to seek the possibility of using trigger signal to start both the fast mode and the slow mode.

With slow mode, we are thinking about using trigger pulses from EPICS to 1. start a train of frames at fixed frequency; 2. start a train of frames at the rising edge of every single pulse.

Is this doable?

This issue is currently not relevant as the focus right now is to test the most basic capacities with Area Detector, Bluesky and DM Workflow.

Will open a new issue if it becomes relevant again
