make UI mobile responsive #1

currently, UI of the project is implemented focusing on the bigger screens. make is phone responsive.

I want to work on this issue. Just wanted to ask that I need to make responsive all the 3 pages i.e Signup page,Sign in page or dashboard page?

The plan is to make the whole app mobile responsive. You can make whichever page you want. Every contribution is appreciated.
