How to change file by change AST #410

I want to use ast to read/modify/delete certain file.such as: js, css. I can read file by ast,now.But I can't find the way to change file by change ast.
ps: This is my first time to write a issue. And it's not a issue in fact.Just ask for some help. Thanks.
