Amend excisting code to use "new" Sports API (API-NG) rather than existing API 6.0 API

A new Betfair API was launched at the end of July. The existing code should be amended to use the new API functionality (and we should investigate what new options are available with the new API).

As a new product, Betfair have recommended that we should be using the new API. This means a code revision to use the new API rather than the old 6.0 API.
