fix: updated docs to be potentially less confusing between _HANDLE and resource name

The term _HANDLE really only needs to apply to the handle field itself.

The resource names are decoupled and the docs potentially signify they are paired (though they are not) between the resource name itself and the field handle (specifically for apps and databases)
