Misleading message about irrigation #22

Today 18 April the message is "No need to irrigate from 15/03/2019 to 18/04/2019." This doesn't make much sense.

Fixed in openmeteo/aira#12e2781 (this ticket was accidentally opened in the wrong repository.)
