As a user, I want to specify the irrigation amount by time so that I avoid having to use another tool to multiply time by flow #27

Most people know how much time the irrigation system was switched on, and they need to calculate that time by the flow. We could make this multiplication in the system to make it easier for the user. This means we need to add flow in the field's properties.
