Decide the future #59

The views and js of openmeteo/aira#403 have not been unit tested. It would be time consuming, and the effort would be wasted if we switch to Vue.js soon.

But will we? We need to define a strategy.

We definitely want to go to vue.js, but we currently don't have the resources and it's not clear when we'll have them. The correct solution would be to unit test #403's views and js anyway, but since we didn't do it, we'll leave it as it is for the time. Let's just avoid making it a habit.
