Let you pass in a block so you can do colorizing on the data inside. Added a test and readme for it.

Has this version really become the 1.3.0 version? If yes, could you please tag it, and possibly release a gem? Thanks!

@boutil I've decided to revert this PR for now. I'd like to implement this feature in the future but not before I clean and refactor my code. It's hideous! :-D
