changes to object code deployment

Description

Changes to add clarity on object code deployment section. Namely, changed all instances of your_module_name because it was actually referring to named addresses, not module names.

Changes to FA section: added untransferable for primary stores since devs should be clear on the fact that just because secondary stores can be transferred, doesn't mean that primary stores can. Transfer is disabled for pfs.
