Add `create-aptos-dapp` doc

Description

This PR adds a documentation for create-aptos-dapp. Some minor content is missing and will add it later but wanted to get this out to have

1. A review on the page structure
2. English check

What is the status with the new doc site? should we copy the same content to there also? if so, once it looks good, I can copy everything to nextra
