The super admin would be the collection creator. They could then give other people admin powers (based on token metadata perhaps, or just another token). A good way to organize it could be roles / tiers.
Admins should be able to do stuff like this. Each of these could become its own issue once we scope it out:
Mute people.
Delete messages.
Generally speaking though, consider some alternative here where we use an out of the box chat backend that already has all this support.
