[Feature Request]: Addition of navigation bar and UI improvement in Tindog Website

Feature Description

Here are the improvements I would like to make to the website:

1. Add a navigation bar.
2. Implement a carousel feature for displaying multiple reviews.
3. Add a subscription option with an email input and social media contacts in the footer section.

It can result in more professional looking website

• Here would to like add nagivation and proper alignment of section content

  

• Adding hover on icons and using col-lg-4 property to make alignment look better
