"Mark All as Read" marks *all* as read, even those not currently displayed #124

Repro:

  1. Go to the Unread page
  2. Select New Topics from the mysteriously unlabeled "menu" that by default reads "All Topics"
  3. Select All from the "Mark as Read" menu

Actual results:

All unread topics are marked as read, not merely the new ones currently being displayed.

Expected results:

Mark as Read behaves in a way predictable by ordinary non-telepathic human beings, damned right I'm being snarky, Ben L will probably just fucking close this without fixing it anyway.
