NodeBB can't count Tags #150

Note that in one view it claims that there are two instances of the tag, but it only lists one instance under the tag.

It's not considering what you're able to see. In particular, you're not in the programmers' testing group:

... only ... is it good to leak information like that?

I wouldn't go so far as to say "as designed." Just another case where permissions weren't taken into account. Probably not a big deal on our forum, the way we use tags, but I'd say it's a legit bug.
