Allow the user to detach the primary volume of the VM. In order to achieve this, we must change the following:

Change the lowest number of volumes for a VM. This should take place in Ganeti.
Change the imageid, image_version of the VM when a new image is attached at index 0.
Change the limitation in the backend logic.
