[Wearable] - 5V to 3.3V regulator output voltage incorrect #12

The voltage regulator is currently outputting 2V. The datasheet denotes a necessary voltage divider on the feedback circuit for a 3.3V output. Also will need another capacitor, as denoted by the datasheet schematic.
