Consolidated Link/Backlink views for both canvases and regular notes

Hey! This plugin is something that I think should be a core feature of Obsidian. However, for me it isn't necesary to differentiate between links to/from canvases and links to/from regular notes. I'd love to have these together in two views instead of four. I don't know if it would be possible to add a toggle in settings to change this behaviour, but I'd just love to get rid of the built in "linked mentions" and "links" views, and replace them wih views that combine that with the canvas link views you've made here.

First time I wanted to combine these two view with the core plugin view: "backlinks" and "outgoing link", but not long after, I realized that it hard to implemented(maybe impossible, I am not sure), because the core plugin is built-in the Obsidian and Obsidian is not open-source. So I turn to created two new view to show what I wanna.

That makes sense! And I'm not actually familiar with any of this stuff, so you would know much better than me. I wonder if it would be possible for your two new views to also include "regular links" within them. Basically remaking those two built in views, and including them in your own custom views.
