Firefox crashes for certain PDFs. #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Attempt to open
https://bokabostad.stockholm.se/LagenhetBild.aspx?url=\\BOSTAPP\DOKUMENT\BILDER\
201003293\092-0050-Info_om_kommande_badrumsupprustning.pdf&lagenhetbildId=57374
(Same problem occurs with many/almost all PDF's from this particular
site... this is just one example.)
2. The page will display "Loading 5.1 of 30 MB." and then freeze (it always
says 30 MB, which is not the actual size of the PDF).
3. When you close the tab, Firefox crashes.

What version of the plugin are you using? Which version of Firefox?

Plugin version: 1.1.3, Firefox version: 3.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.

In the Firefox crash information, there is the following message:
"Obj-C Exception data:
NSInternalInconsistencyException: Invalid parameter not satisfying: aString
!= nil"

May be related to issue 151, but there are no non-ASCII characters in the
filename so
the description for issue 151 didn't apply to this case.

From what I've seen, PDF plugin crashes when ANY pdf is closed. (The work
around is to go to a non PDF file in the tab before closing it, but it's a
hassle nonetheless.)
