No toolbar

Another issue which is similar to the "overlay" request would be to allow
the toolbar to be displayed at the top of the pdf. This would give us zoom,
save, rotate, and other tools available depending on what version of
Acrobat one has. Great job on this plug-in, overall.

This plugin is not related to Acrobat, so any toolbar that the plugin provides 
would
probably be consistent across all its users.
