This patch translates each element in the dropdown menu of Elem into Simplified Chinese.

Hi there, thank you for adding the Simpified Chinese support and improving the translation codes! I will keep contributing to the Chinese translations of other pages when I have time. Also feel free to ping me if there are any questions/issues raised against the Cninese translations in the future.
