Invalid response from server on MapQuestRoadManager getRoad() #29

When using MapQuestRoadManager with specified parameter("routeType=pedestrian") 
I obtain Internal Server Error as a response. I have noticed that the outcoming 
url uses "v0" version whereas application of "v1" version returns valid xml as 
a response.

Effectively - and not only for pedestrian, but for all routeType. 
MapQuest "v0" is not working anymore, their doc now mentions "v1". 
So I changed to "v1", commited, and deployed OSMNavigator_v3.8
OK for bicycle and pedestrian, but fastest mode is still KO. 
To be investigated.

"fastest" mode is now working, with no change. Strange. 
Can be set to Fixed.
