Address paper review notes v1 #53

Addressed notes from paper from https://github.com/JunTaoLuo/mctreesearch4j/issues/52, regarding 

Summary: "(MDP's)" should probably be "(MDP)"
Design Principles: "is the defined as" -> "is defined as"
Figure 2: Why the "??"?
Customization: there seems to be an issue with referencing the Figure "fig:reversi-heu"
Is it really necessary to cite a very similar pre-print? This looks a bit odd.
