How to change Water content at field capacity and saturation at the beginning of the initial soil simulation??

Hi there, in Notebook 1 there are some details for how to do this under 'Selecting model components' > 'Initial water content'. However, I have also added some examples for greater clarity in Appendix D which will ship with the upcoming minor update so will now close this issue.
