Fix password reset would require password #818

This PR resolves https://github.com/aqualinkorg/aqualink-app/issues/816

In order to resolve the problem, it also updates react-hook-form to v7.

To solve the issue, we implemented a handler for the validation failure and we sent the reset email if the email field is valid
