Fix white grid lines in Leaflet map #892

Fix white grid lines in Leaflet. We introduced a fix a while back but it seems that it might not be needed anymore and having it adds white lines. Let's QA this to see if it improves the map for all or if we need to apply this plugin conditionally maybe.
