[BUG] Import is blocked when invalid regular expression was saved for issue #103

Describe the bug Import is blocked when invalid regular expression was saved for issue

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Save Issue with very bad regexpr
  2. Try to import something

Expected behavior You are not allowed to save incorrect regexpr, anyway import should work well
