CPU goes up to 100% while sending data to aquality

During nightly autotests execution from time to time the CPU of VM goes up too 100% and no results in aquality after.

Base info:

• Up to 30 simultaneous tests
• 4vCPU and 4 RAM
• same code, but reproduces not in 100%, once-twice a week
