[BUG] Link "View on Aquality Tracking" in report email is broken #30

Describe the bug Link "View on Aquality Tracking" in report email leads to %24%7Bfronturi%7D

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Generate email report, for example - Click Notify - Select a user - Click Send email
  2. Click on 'View on Aquality Tracking' link in the email

Expected behavior test run should be opened
