Describe the bug Grid and chart doesn't display results according to the specified date From in Start Time filter

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Test Runs' for Start Time filter;
2. Pay attention to the chart and grid;

Actual result: The grid and chart show the first result instead of result for specified date From
