Describe the bug Cannot open Test Run if assigned User was removed from projects

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open test run with failures
  2. Assigne some user to failure
  3. Remove this user from project permissions
  4. Open test run again

Expected behavior Cannot open Test Run if assigned User was removed from projects
