[BUG] Editable test summary is not shown for the user #93

Describe the bug Editable test summary is not shown for the user

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to test (user has the role that has permissions to edit)
  2. Click on summary

Expected behavior editable summary field should be correctly displayed, editing text should be visible
