Adding configuration dictionaries for all possible log formats #69

The parser takes in a keyword from the command line that corresponds to a certain dictionary with log file configs, so new dictionaries need to be added as more formats of log files are introduced

I'll work on adding dictionaries for the new example log files we just got

I've added those dictionaries and confirmed with Lauren that these are the only log formats she has, so this issue is resolved for now
