No chioce if no choice, highlight choices #231

Forge(Silver,Gold) --> gain a platinum, no choice anyway
Lookout(Copper, Copper, Copper) --> trash one, drop one, keep one
... etc

Also it would be useful to highlight valid choices, when there is more than one.
