Mandarin fails to return used treasure after Haggler and Scheme #236

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Scheme
2. Play Haggler
3. Play 2 Gold
4. Buy Province
5. Gain Mandarin
6. Top-deck Haggler

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect my next hand to contain Haggler, Gold, Gold. What happens is there is 
a prompt from Scheme, but no prompt from the Mandarin, so Haggler is returned 
to the top of the deck, but the Gold is not top-decked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.01 on Android 4.02 Galaxy Nexus

I don't think Scheme is part of the problem here.  The bug where Mandarin only 
triggers on buy, not on gain, has been reported previously.  If you still see 
anything weird with Scheme after the next update, please reopen this issue or a 
new one.
