Conspirator is activated by duration actions from the previous turn

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play two or more duration actions.
2. On the following turn, play Conspirator.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect only +2 coin, since Conspirator is the first action I played on this 
turn.  Instead, I also get +1 card, +1 action.  The duration actions are still 
"in play", but they were not played on this turn.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
