Noble Brigand gives silver to those that discard no money #252

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play noble brigand
2. Have AI discard no money
3. They get a silver

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

They should have gotten a copper, not a silver.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Androminion version: 2.01
Android version: 2.3.6
Nexus One

I think AI used Trader as reaction.

I agree, the AI will use Trader to change copper to Silver. Otherwise it gets a 
copper.
