Multiple Goons played only produces 1 VP token per purchase #255

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play multiple Goons
2. Purchase a card

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1 VP per played Goons should be gained per card purchased.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androminion 2.01, Gingerbread, Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant

Please provide any additional information below.

I produced this result using King's Court on Goons.

From Prosperity rulebook

Multiple copies of Goons are cumulative; if you have two Goons in play and buy 
a Silver, you get 2 VP tokens. However if you King's Court a Goons, despite 
having played the card 3 times, there is still only one copy of it in play, so 
buying Silver would only get you 1 VP tokens.
