Fool's Gold is not calculated correctly in hand summary #266

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have two or more Fool's Gold cards in hand
2. Coin total shown below buttons only counts Fool's Gold as one coin per card.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After the first Fool's Gold in hand, each subsequent one is worth four coins.  
This is handled correctly by the game, but the summary is incorrect.
