Buying mandarin prevents buying potion cards #304

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have at least $5P and two buys.
2. Buy Mandarin.
3. Put all treasures, including Potion, back on the deck.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: I'm able to buy a potion card with my remaining buy.
Result: I'm not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.02, Android 2.3.4, Droid X2.

Additionally, the text is correct ("Select a card from the table that costs at 
most (3p) to buy"), but I cannot buy things with potion in the cost.
