Playing King's Court on Crossroads should never give more than +3 actions #305

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play King's Court on a Crossroads, with no other Crossroads having been 
played yet this turn.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: I get +3 actions (since each additional play of Crossroads is no 
longer the first time I've played Crossroads this turn).
Result: I get +9 actions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.02, Android 2.3.4, Droid X2.
