Show Throne Room / King's Court when played with duration cards #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Easiest way to test is play a game with chapel, kings court and caravan.
Buy a caravan, a Kings Court and use a chapel to trash all other cards.
2. Play kings Court on a caravan card
3. On the next turn play cards until you have exhausted you deck and discard
pile. Note that the Kings Court is not in the deck
4. On subsequent turn play cards until you have exhausted you deck and discard
pile. Note that the Kings Court is back in the deck.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: On the turn after playing the Kings Court should be in the deck, the
caravan should not. On the turn after the next the caravan should be returned
to the deck.

Seen: On the turn after playing the Kings Court and the caravan are not in the
deck. On the turn after the next the caravan and the kings court are retuned to
the deck.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androdominion 2.02

Please provide any additional information below.
I expect that the Throne Room functions the same way.

The way that King's Court and Throne Room currently function with duration
cards is correct. (See below for explanation.) However, it can be difficult
to tell what's going on.

I've opened issue 322 to make what's happening more visually clear.

Explanation from the Seaside rules:
"If you play or modify a Duration card with another card, that
other card also stays in your play area until it is no longer doing
anything. For example if you play Throne Room on Merchant
Ship, both cards stay in play until the Clean-up phase of your next
turn. The Throne Room stays in play to remind you that you are
getting the effect of Merchant Ship twice on that next turn."
