scrolling in blue reaction list causes options to go blank

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. pick reaction card
2. blue listing appears
3. scroll list to see if anything hiding off bottom of screen
4. title bar remains but list now seems blank
5.  must scroll and hold to see choices

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
not to attempt scroll or just reinitialize reaction on release of attempted 
scroll

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 current, htc evo

Please provide any additional information below.

Actually this happns to me quite often - when I touch the screen on the wrong 
choice, I cancel it by dragging my finger away. That way no selection is made 
but all the options go black.
